Cancellation policy


Your appointment and your time are very important to the Utopia team, and it is reserved especially for YOU.  We understand that situations arise that require a change to your appointment. We respectfully require no less than 24 hours’ notice when changes need to be made to your reservation. We, also understand that emergencies, sickness and life happens.

Please understand that when an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours we miss the opportunity to fill that time with another guest who is waiting for the opportunity to visit Utopia. The technician misses out on providing amazing services to both you and someone wanting an appointment.

We will do our best to remind you of your upcoming appointment by email, text, phone call and appointment card at least 48hours in advance. Please note that it is ultimately your responsibility to remember and notify us of any changes.

The following policies will be strictly enforced:

*A credit card will be required to reserve any service. We can assure you that our system is secure, encrypted and will not be shared with anyone. Your card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.

*A non- refundable deposit of 25% will be required to reserve the following services but not limited to:

Microblading, more than 2 services, Hair Extensions, Micropoint extensions, Groups of 2 or more people, Color correction.

Please note that this deposit will be applied to your service, and if you No show, cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours you will lose your deposit.

*If any reservation is rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of service.

*No Shows will be automatically charged 50% of the scheduled service, to the card on file.

*If you No show you will not be able to reschedule without a card on file and pay the appropriate fees and deposit.

*Any gift cards on file will be redeemed appropriately for cancellations and no shows.

*Repeat No shows and rescheduling cost everyone time and money and you will asked to only schedule same day appointments if available, with deposit.
